About Me
My name is Tiffany Marron, and I am the founder of One Breath at a Time, LLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, as well as a Licensed Certified Massage Therapist in Delaware and Pennsylvania. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Reflexologist, Sound Healer, and Hypnotherapist.
My work is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: the mind and body are deeply connected, and true healing requires attention to both. When we begin to release the internal blockages we carry—whether emotional, physical, or energetic—we create space for our natural rhythm to return and for healing to unfold.
With over 30 years of experience in massage, bodywork, and energy-based practices, my path has always been centered around helping others heal. From a young age, I felt drawn to those who were hurting—to comfort, to support, and to restore. That calling evolved into a lifelong journey of learning and practice, integrating both clinical training and holistic modalities.
My professional journey includes work in hospice and bereavement, where I supported individuals and families through some of life’s most profound transitions. It was there that my understanding of grief deepened. I came to recognize that grief is not limited to death—it is woven throughout our daily lives. When we suppress what we carry inside, it eventually impacts our well-being. As I often share:
“Express, don’t suppress.”
In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, meaningful connection and compassionate touch are often lost. I believe deeply in the power of presence—creating a safe, nurturing space where you can simply be. Whether through clinical therapy, bodywork, or integrative healing practices, my intention is to help you reconnect with yourself, process what you are carrying, and move forward with greater clarity and peace.
My work is guided by compassion. I am here to listen, to support, and to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
A Little More About Me
Outside of my work, I prioritize my own self-care so that I can show up fully for others. Some of the things that bring me balance and joy include:
Spending time with loved ones
Hiking and connecting with nature
Drumming and sound work
Painting, writing, Zentangling, neurographic art and photography
Cooking and exploring new foods
Traveling and continued learning
Meditation, prayer, and metaphysical study
And, of course, plenty of cat cuddles and animal loving
